Ubud is a beautiful town where you can spend several days without getting bored. However, a stay at this villa could encourage you to remain for several weeks! Why? Because it is simply magical… nestled in the heart of the forest (with monkeys, birds, etc.), it offers many advantages: grand architecture, forest-view rooms, and incredible bathrooms. The infinity pool is stunning, and there is a charming spa located directly beneath the villa, overlooking the forest.

Madé and his team are very attentive while remaining discreet, and their friendliness is genuine and radiant, just like this beautiful island. We ultimately did not stay long enough (four nights). Ubud is very close, but it is advisable to take a taxi (around 8 euros per trip), which is very convenient. We enjoyed the bustling streets, but staying in this alcove is ideal. Thank you, Marni!

I came here twice for spa treatments and they were absolutely wonderful. The therapist is so talented! And the spa is absolutely beautiful, what a hidden gem. One of the few places in Ubud which has Ayurvedic treatments.

We did a Balinese massage at the Marni Alas Retreat Center and i’ts was exceptional ! All was perfect . The place is beautifull and so peacefull. We had a very kind welcome and unforgettable massages from Risna and Sulli.

I had the chance to visit this amazing spa in December. Very close from the centre of Ubud, Marni spa is a place immersed in the nature, which offers beautiful accomodation, great variety aesthetics services, and incredible cooking classes. The stuff is awesome, professional, welcoming and really friendly. I felt like home and I spent a full afternoon of relax, peace and self-care. I highly recommend it!

Every staff member went above and beyond to take care of us — truly the best service-minded team we’ve ever encountered. The rooms are peaceful and surrounded by nature, the food is delicious, and the spa is one of the best in all of Bali. If you’re visiting Bali, staying at this hotel is an absolute must.

I went only to the spa, didn’t stay at the hotel, but would love to! The staff is very welcoming, atmosphere is great: right in the jungle, surrounded by nature and its sounds. The treatment was good as well! Flower bath and Balinese massage with scarab is highly recommended!
