Ayurveda Massage

Ayurveda is an ancient system of medicine, lifestyle and philosophy from India which is commonly used and incorporated into life in Bali. It remains a useful health tool in today’s modern world to monitor the disease process.

I was born in Bali and have been living in Switzerland since 1993. Being born in Indonesia, I speak Indonesian and Balinese fluently. And as a global citizen I also speak in English, Deutsch and a little French. My educational background was a diploma in Medical Cosmetics and to complement the knowledge and skills I also attend beauty and wellness courses regularly.
